Kristeen Kidd has been licensed in California real estate since 2002. She began her career in San Diego, where she owned and operated her own property management company before transitioning fully into being a real estate agent and transaction coordinator. She has supported some of California’s top-producing agent teams, handling high-volume, detail-heavy files with precision and calm efficiency.
As the founder of Closing Terms LLC, Kristeen brings more than two decades of contract expertise, disclosure management, risk management, and compliance knowledge to every transaction. She is a Certified Transaction Coordinator through the California Association of REALTORS® and is known for her organized workflows, clear communication, and ability to keep agents fully supported with listings, escrows, and contract to post-close.
